The Proficiency Codes are used in the Special Skills module to describe how proficient an employee is at the skills specified.
Proficiency Code
Enter up to 10 alphanumeric character proficiency Level Code. These codes should follow a standard pattern. For example, if the first code is all digits then all remaining codes should also be all digits.
Description
Enter up to 30 characters of description for the proficiency code. Where possible make the first 20 characters the main descriptive text.
