Area Code Database Maintenance

The Area Codes allow you to group locations by general area defined by you. Area Code is used in the location definition and is also used to identify the employee preference as to which area the employee prefers to work in.

Area codes can have their greatest impact if used in the user defined substitute dispatch search algorithm in dividing the school district into smaller, more reachable areas for the substitutes
