Interval Code Database Maintenance
The Interval Codes are used to define specific amount of time between events in the HR system. For example, an Interval code is used when entering an Evaluation record for an employee to determine when the notification must be sent. The intervals are based on specific time types coded into the system by atrieveHR. A series of standard Intervals should be setup in the system even if they are not required, these would be things such as BI-weekly, Monthly, Daily etc.
Interval Type Code
Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters code to identify specific intervals of time. For example:
BIMONT - Bimonthly
WEEKLY - Weekly
BIWEEK - Biweekly
Description
Enter up to 30 characters of description the code. Where possible make the first 20 characters the main descriptive text.
Interval Unit
Enter one of the following codes

Number of Units
Enter the number of units for the above code. Up to 10 digits to the left of the decimal place can be specified. (Ex. if the code was to be a bimonthly code the number of units would be 2.)
