Comment Code Database Maintenance

The Comment Codes are used to enter descriptions commonly used in the assignments and posting screens. This database allows you to use these descriptions at the comment field by selecting the code for the description you wish to pull in.

Comment Code

  • Enter up to 10 alphanumeric characters for Comment Code. 

Description

  • Enter up to 65 characters of description for the comment code. When the comment code is used on the assignment and posting screens, this description will be displayed in the comment field.
