Discipline Reason Code Database Maintenance

The Discipline Reason Code database contains a 10-character code and description. The discipline reason is the circumstance why disciplinary action had to be initiated for an employee. This database is only used in the employee discipline area.

Discipline Reason Code

  • Enter a 10-character alphanumeric code. This code will be used to describe disciplinary action taken against an employee. 

Description

  • Enter up to 30 characters of text. Where possible, make the first 20 characters the main descriptive text. In some functions, this text may be truncated for display purposes.
