Critical Date Reason Code Database Maintenance

The Critical Date Reason Codes are used to describe the reason for a Critical Date entry.

Reason Code

  • Enter up to 6 characters for the Reason Code. Reason Codes MUST be unique. 

Description

  • Enter up to 30 characters of description for this code.

Occurs Regularly

  • Enter 'Y' if this type of critical date occurs regularly or 'N' if it is a onetime occurrence.

    • A typical entry for the 'Y' flag would be yearly medicals.

    • A typical entry for the 'N' would be a court appearance.
