Bargaining Unit Database Maintenance   

Bargaining Unit codes can be attached to each employee through the employee demographics screen. A person can be assigned multiple bargaining units through the assignment system (one bargaining unit per assignment). Each position code can be assigned a bargaining unit depending on the union and contract rules at your district. If you are using the Dispatching System and choose to group replacement employees by bargaining unit, the bargaining unit becomes mandatory for each position code.

• Enter a bargaining unit code of up to 8 alphanumeric characters. 

Description

• Enter a maximum 30 character description for the bargaining unit.
