Position Rate From Payroll Salary Grid Update

This process will update the pay rate on the position code from the payroll system.

Position Codes

Select specific position codes to update or leave blank for all.

Position Type Codes

Select specific position type codes to update or leave blank for all.

Position Category Codes

Select specific categories to update or leave blank for all.

Position Barg Unit Codes

Select specific bargaining units to update or leave blank for all.

Position Department Codes

Select specific departments to update or leave blank for all.

User Defined Field 01

Select a position code user defined field. Leave blank to include all or if this field is not used on your position codes.

User Defined Field 02

Select a position code user defined field. Leave blank to include all or if this field is not used on your position codes.

User Defined Field 03

Select a position code user defined field. Leave blank to include all or if this field is not used on your position codes.

User Defined Field 04

Select a position code user defined field. Leave blank to include all or if this field is not used on your position codes.

Payroll id

Select the payroll ID the system should use to retrieve the new pay rates.

Salary Grid Selection

Choose to update one selected salary grid or a range of salary grids.

Salary Grid Range

If range of salary grids was selected, enter the range here.

Salary Grid Point To Use

Enter the Salary Grid Point to use from 1 to 12.

Position Rate To Compare/Update

M - Main Screen Rate

P - Payroll Screen Rate

B - Both main screen and payroll screen rates
