Draw Time Code Database Maintenance

Draw Time Codes are used by the system to determine when withdrawals should be made to location draw time balances.

Draw Time Code

Enter up to 4 alphanumeric character draw time code.

The code entered should be a valid cost centre code. Each time you enter a cost centre code on a replacement employee in the dispatch screen, the system will look to see if there is a corresponding draw time code. If there is one found, a deduction will be made to the draw time balance of the specified location.

Enter up to 30 characters of text describing this draw time code.

Location

Enter a valid location code. This location's draw time balance will be decreased each time a dispatch with a cost centre code equal to the draw time code is made.
