FTE Allocation Code Database Maintenance
FTE Allocation Codes are used in the FTE Allocation sub system to let you break down an entity's entire allocation into smaller amounts. For example, suppose you are allocating teaching positions for a school that has been allocated 30 full time equivalent positions. You can either create one FTE allocation code for the full 30 hours, or you can create several smaller FTE allocation amounts and assign them to different allocation codes like FR IMM = 2 FTE, CADRE = 3 FTE, REG = 25.
