Refusal Logging Menu

The Refusal Logging Menu gives you access to the modules which manage substitute or casual refusals to work. Found on this menu are the standard four maintenance modules (Add, Change, Delete, Inquire) as well as a couple of reports.

If you are using the automated Substitute Dispatching System, each time a substitute/casual refuses an assignment, the system will log a refusal. Each refusal records when, where, and why an employee refuses. If you are using our manual dispatching system, you will have to add each refusal record yourself.
