Dispatch Report with Absences

The Dispatch Report with Absences will list all dispatches meeting your selection criteria as well as any absences attached to the selected dispatches. This report differs from all other dispatch reports in that it shows both the dispatch and absence time amounts.

This report displays the following information:

  • Date
  • Dispatch employee
  • Employee category
  • Time worked
  • School
  • Absent employee
  • Time away
  • Absence code
  • Cost centre
  • GL account and area.

Selection by date, employee category, area, location type, location, cost centre and GL let you specify information to meet your personnel management needs.

Date

Enter the date range for the dispatches you want to display.

Employee Categories

Enter up to 10 categories of dispatched employees for selection of dispatch records.

Dispatch Areas

To select dispatches by area code, enter up to 10 area codes. If no area codes are entered, dispatches will be selected regardless of area code.

Dispatch Location Types

Enter up to 10 Location Types to select dispatch records. If no location types are entered, the dispatches will be selected for all location types.

Dispatch Locations

Enter up to 10 Locations to select dispatch records. If no locations are entered, the dispatches will be selected for all locations.

Cost Centres

To select dispatches by cost centre, enter up to 10 cost centres. If no cost centres are entered, dispatches will be selected regardless of cost centre.

GL Accounts

To select dispatches by GL account code, enter up to 10 GL account codes. If no GL account codes are entered, dispatches are selected regardless of GL account code.

Absence Codes

To select dispatches by absence code, enter up to 10 absence codes. If no absence codes are selected, dispatches will be select regardless of their absence codes.

Rep/Merge 

 See standard convention to prepare the report or export data fields for this report in a text file.

Print Comment 

Enter 'Y' to print the dispatch comment.

Report Sort

This prompt lets you determine how this report will be sorted. Below is a list of the sort options:

Employee Sort 

Enter A to sort employees alphabetically by Name.

Enter N to sort employees numerically by Employee Number.

Employee Selection 

Enter A to consider all employees for selection.

Enter S to enter selected employees individually.

Report Title

Enter the title for the report. This will appear on every page header of the report.
