Replacement Employee Availability Report
The Replacement Employee Availability Report provides a listing of all available replacement employees for the date, subjects and subject levels specified. This report displays the employees work schedule for the full week. It will indicate what locations the employee is working at and the time period worked (Full Day, AM, or PM).
REPORT PROFILE:
This prompt allows you to choose a report selection criterion from a pre-defined list of report selection criteria. If you choose one, all the prompts on the screen will immediately be filled in. The pre-defined report selections are created in the Report Selection Criteria Profile.
Employee Categories
Enter up to 10 Employee Categories. Employees matching the entered categories will be considered for reporting. If no categories are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.
Demographic Departments
Enter up to 10 Employee departments. Employees matching the entered departments will be considered for reporting. If no departments are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.
Demographic Bargaining Units
Enter up to 10 Employee bargaining units. Employees matching the entered bargaining units will be considered for reporting. If no bargaining units are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.
Demographic Positions
Enter up to 10 Employee positions. Employees matching the entered positions will be considered for reporting. If no positions are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.
Locations
Enter up to 10 Employee locations. Employees matching the entered locations will be considered for reporting. If no locations are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.
NOTE: The locations are defined in the Substitute/Casual Preference screen for an employee. This report will get the location information from there when you use this field.

Areas
Enter up to 10 areas to include. Only employees with preferences for one of the selected area codes will be considered for reporting.
If no areas are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting
Location Types
Enter up to 10 location types to include. Only employees with preferences for one of the selected location types will be considered for reporting. If no location types are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.
Subjects
Enter up to 10 subject codes to include. Only employees with preferences for one of the selected subjects will be considered for reporting. If no subjects are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting
Subject Levels
Enter up to 10 subject levels to be included. Only employees with preferences for these subject levels will be considered for reporting. If no subject levels are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting
Active/Inactive/Both
Enter 'A' to include only employee preferences that are active.
Enter 'I' to include only employee preferences that are inactive.
Enter 'B' to include both active and inactive employee preferences.
Dispatch Date
Enter the dispatch date to use for this report (YYMMDD or YYYYMMDD). The system will select all employees matching the selection criteria and who are available to work on this date.
Include Unavailable Employees
Enter 'Y' to include employees booked as unavailable for above dispatch date.
Enter 'N' to exclude employees booked as unavailable for above date.
Report Sort
Enter the letter representing the order to sort this report.

Employee Sort
Enter A to sort employees alphabetically by Name.
Enter N to sort employees numerically by Employee Number.
Employee Selection
Enter A to consider all employees for selection.
Enter S to enter selected employees individually.
