Load Criteria from Continuing Emp Preferences

The Load Criteria from Continuing Emp Preferences process loads the preferences from the Continuing Emp/Applicant Preferences screen onto the permanent employee criteria screen. The preferences can be appended to the criteria that already exists or can over-write what is already there.

Areas

Enter up to 10 area codes. Only employees with the specified area code(s) on their preferences screen are included in this process. 

Location Types

Enter up to 10 location type codes. Only employees with the specified location type code(s) on their preferences screen are included in this process. 

Subjects

Enter up to 10 subject codes. Only the employees with the specified subject code(s) on their preferences screen are included in this process.

Subject Levels

Enter up to 10 subject level codes. Only the employees with the specified subject level code(s) on their preferences screen are included in this process. 

Active/Inactive/Both      

Enter 'A' to select only active employees.

Enter 'I' to select only inactive employees.

Enter 'B' to select both active and inactive employees.

Overwrite/Append/Clear 

Enter 'O' to overwrite what currently exists in the criteria screen with the new values.

Enter 'A' to append the new values to what already exists in the criteria.

Enter 'C' to clear out everything that exists in the employee's criteria screen.

Preliminary/Final    

Enter 'P' to run this process in preliminary mode or 'F' to run this process in final mode.

A preliminary run will produce a report showing the results of this process without affecting the criteria file. A final run will change the contents of the criteria file with the reported values.
