Replacement Employee Analysis Report

The Replacement Employee Analysis Report is meant to help you detect when a replacement employee has worked enough days to constitute a long-term assignment. The number of days that constitutes a long term obviously varies from site to site. For this reason, you can specify how many days makes a long-term assignment for your particular situation. Specification of the number of days for a long-term assignment also lets you reduce it to allow you to see when employees are approaching that point. Employees can be selected by employee category. Dispatches can be selected by date or employee. This report has an option to select only long-term assignments. The report is sorted by employee name and then date.

Date Range

Enter the range of dates ((YY)YYMMDD) for the dispatches to include.

Long Term Assignments Only

Enter 'N' to include all dispatches within the date range or 'Y' to only include long term assignments. Refer to the Long Term Days field below for more information.

Long Term Days

Enter the number of days which constitute a long-term assignment. For example, if you accept the default of 75 days, dispatches which comprise of 75 consecutive days or more are considered long term assignments.

Use V.R. Day count logic

Enter 'Y' to use Vince Ready Consecutive Day Count Logic for counting consecutive days, enter 'N' to count consecutive days in normal fashion

Employee Categories

Enter up to 10 employee category codes. Only employees of the category specified are included.  If no employee category codes are entered, employees of all categories are selected.

Employee Selection

Enter A to consider all employees for selection.

Enter S to enter selected employees individually.

Report Title

Enter the report title you want centered on the top of each page of the report. The default is Replacement Employee Analysis Report.
