Index Update with Seniority (1232)

The Index Update with Seniority program was written for the Langley School District to load replacement employees into the correct call out rotation based on seniority. This program will subtract the employee's seniority from the base date to create a new date, then load the last phoned and last worked dates on the preference record with this value. This program will also update all of the necessary Automated Dispatch indexes. 

Base Date

Enter a valid base date in (YY)YYMMDD format.  Eligible employee's seniority will be subtracted from this date to create a new value which will be loaded into the last called/worked fields of the employee's substitute/casual preference record. 

Employee Categories

Enter up to 10 Employee Categories. Employees with matching Category codes will be considered for reporting. If no categories are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.
No report is prepared by this Update function.
