Sub/Cas Preference Report by Location

The Sub/Cas Preference Report by Location will list what substitutes and/or casuals will work at specific locations. This report is very useful for schools that do their own dispatching of substitutes or casuals.

Location Selection

Areas

To list only those schools areas, specify up to 10 areas. 

Location Types

Lists only those schools of a type (up to 10 location types). 

Locations

Lists only specific schools (up to 10 location codes).

Substitute/Casual Status

This prompt lets you exclude employees based on their Sub/Cas status.

Enter the status codes to exclude.

Leave this field blank to exclude no one based on Sub/Cas status.

Employee Categories

Display First Level Only   

Enter 'Y' to display the first subject level only or 'N' to display all subject levels.

Display Comment   

Enter 'Y' to display the comment from the Sub/Cas preference screen or 'N' to display the comment.

Double Space Report     

Enter 'Y' to double space the report or 'N' to single space the report.
