Substitute/Casual Subject Spreadsheet

The Substitute/Casual Subject Spreadsheet displays all the subjects and levels taught by replacement employees in a spread sheet format. The report lists employee name, hire date, phone number, levels and subjects. Employees can be selected by employee category and substitute/casual eligibility.

Employee Status Codes to Exclude

Enter the status codes to be excluded. Employees with the specified status codes will be excluded.

Employee Categories

Enter up to 10 categories of employees. Employees with specified categories will be included. 

If no categories are specified, all employees will be considered for selection.

Select from one of the following choices:

Subject Selection

Enter a character. This character will be enclosed in brackets '()' and all subjects' descriptions will be searched for this character. If a match is found that subject will be chosen for reporting.

Preferred Location Types

Enter up to 10 location types. If left blank, all employees will be selected. If one or more location type(s) are selected, then only those employees that have that location type on the SUB/CAS preference screen will be selected.

Display Only Name and Phone

Enter 'Y' to display only Employee Name and Phone Number. Enter 'N' to display additional information about the reported employees.

Lines Per Page

Enter the number of lines to display for each page in the report. Valid values are 01-99.

Lines Per Employee

Enter 1 to display only one line per employee

Enter 2 to display 2 lines per employee

Enter 3 to display 3 lines per employee

Display 2 Subject Title Lines

Enter 'Y' to display two subject title lines, 'N' to display one Subject Title Line.

Report Title

Enter appropriate report title
