Unavailability Report
The Unavailability Report displays the total number days that an employee is unavailable for the date ranges and criteria specified. This report will display the employee name, start and end dates, part of the day(s), and reason they are unavailable.

Include Eligible Substitutes/Casual/Neither/Both
Unavailable Reasons
To select records by unavailable reason, enter up to 10 reason codes Search to view valid unavailability reason codes. If no reason codes are specified records will be selected regardless of unavailable reason.
Report Sort
Enter 'E' to sort this report in employee order.
Enter 'D' to sort this report in unavailability date order.
Enter 'R' to sort this report in unavailability reason order.
