Substitute/Casual Dispatch Log Report
The Dispatch Log Report lists all dispatching activity that has taken place in the system. This report will list the date of the dispatch, the person who logged the dispatch and other information on the replacement employee.
NOTE: This report is available to Automated Dispatch users only.
ID Number
This prompt allows you to choose dispatch transactions of selected absences by selecting their ID's. Enter the starting and ending Absence ID range that you want to view. The default for the starting ID is the first ID of the day. The default for the ending ID is 999999.
Timestamp
This prompt lets you view dispatch transactions which took place between a specified timestamp range. Enter the starting and ending timestamp range that you want to view on this report. Timestamps must be entered as 'YYYYMMDDHHSS'. The default start timestamp is blank if a starting ID was specified; otherwise it is today's date. The ending timestamp default is 99991231240000.
Employee Categories
Enter up to 10 Employee Categories. Employees matching the entered categories will be considered for reporting. If no categories are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.
Log Type
Enter up to 10 log types. Dispatch transactions of selected log types will be considered for reporting. If no log types are entered, all dispatches will be considered for reporting.
Subjects
Enter up to 10 subject codes. Dispatches for the selected subjects will be considered for reporting. If no subjects are entered, all dispatches will be considered for reporting.

Employee Sort
Enter A to sort employees alphabetically by Name.
Enter N to sort employees numerically by Employee Number.
Employee Selection
Enter A to consider all employees for selection.
Enter S to enter selected employees individually.
Report Title
Enter the title for the report. This will appear on every page header of the report.
