Dispatch Level Index Report by Employee

The Dispatch Level Index Report by Employee provides a listing of all the subject levels and subjects an employee teaches in employee number sequence. This report is useful for matching employees with requirements during the dispatch process. 

Employee Status

Enter 'A' to consider only the Active employees for the report.

Enter 'I' to consider only the Inactive employees for the report.

Enter 'B' to consider all employees for the report regardless of their status.

Subject Level Selection

Enter up to 10 Subject Levels. Employees who teach subjects at matching Subject Levels will be considered for reporting. If no subject levels are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.

Subject Selection

Enter up to 10 Subject Codes. Employees who teach matching Subjects will be considered for reporting. If no subjectsare entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.

Employee Selection

Enter A to consider all employees for selection.

Enter S to enter selected employees individually.
