Load Criteria from Assignments
The Load Criteria from Assignments process loads the preferences from the employee's assignment(s) onto the permanent employee criteria screen. The preferences can be appended to the criteria that already exists or can over-write what is already there.
As Of Date
This date will be used to determine what assignments are current for a employee. Only the subjects, levels, location types, and areas of assignments current as of this date will be loaded with this process.

Assigned Department Number
Enter a valid department number. Only employees with the specified assigned department will be included in this process.
Active/Inactive/Both
Enter 'A' to select only active employees.
Enter 'I' to select only inactive employees.
Enter 'B' to select both active and inactive employees.
Overwrite/Append/Clear
Enter 'O' to overwrite what current exists in the criteria screen with the new values.
Enter 'A' to append the new values to what already exists in the criteria.
Enter 'C' to clear out everything that exists in the employee's criteria screen.
Preliminary/Final
Enter 'P' to run this process in preliminary mode.
Enter 'F' to run this process in final mode.
A preliminary run will produce a report showing the results of this process without affecting the criteria file. A final run will change the contents of the criteria file with the reported values.
