Area Index Report by Employee
The Area Index Report by Employee provides a listing of all eligible employees in employee number order with the list of all the areas that s/he prefers to teach in. This report can be useful when dispatching employees.
Employee Status
Enter 'A' to consider all active employees for the report.
Enter 'I' to consider all inactive employees for the report.
Enter 'B' to consider active and inactive employees for the report.
Area Selection
Enter up to 10 Area Codes. Employees with matching Demographic Area Codes will be considered for reporting. If no area codes are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.
Employee Selection
Enter A to consider all employees for selection.
Enter S to enter selected employees individually.
