Dispatch Subject Index Report by Subject
The Dispatch Subject Index Report by Subject prepares a listing of requested subjects in subject code order with the employees who teach these subjects. Additional selection by Subject level is also available. This report is useful in selecting employees during the dispatch process.
Employee Status
Enter 'A' to consider only the Active employees for the report.
Enter 'I' to consider only the Inactive employees for the report.
Enter 'B' to consider all employees for the report regardless of their status.
Subject Selection
Enter up to 10 Subject Codes. Only the requested Subjects will be considered for reporting. If no subjects are entered, all subjects will be considered for reporting.
Subject Level Selection
Enter up to 10 Subject Levels. Subjects with matching Subject Levels will be considered for reporting. If no subject levels are entered, all subjects will be considered for reporting.
Employee Selection
Enter A to consider all employees for selection.
Enter S to enter selected employees individually.
