Refusal Count Reset Process

The Refusal Count Reset Process will globally reset the refusal count of a group of employees. If you are using the automated Substitute Dispatch System, the system will keep track of the number of times a replacement employee has refused an assignment. The employee can then automatically (optionally) be marked as inactive when a certain number of refusals is reached. If you are using this feature, you should reset the refusal count each year.
