The Temporary Contracts Completed Report is a listing of all contracts that have been completed during the specified period. This report provides the option of reporting on temporary contracts, continuing contracts or both. Also, selection of selection of employees by category and selection of assignments by position and assignment type is also available.
Assignment Start Date

Enter valid dates in (YY)YYMMDD format for the assignment start date range. Assignments that started during the specified period will be considered for reporting.
Assignment End Date

Enter valid dates in (YY)YYMMDD format for the assignment end date range. Assignments that ended during the specified period will be considered for reporting.
Employee Categories

Enter up to 10 Employee Categories. Employees with matching Category codes will be considered for reporting. If no categories are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.
Assigned Position

Enter up to 10 Positions. Employees that have eligible assignments with matching Positions will be considered for reporting. If no positions are entered, all assignments will be considered for reporting.
Assignment Type

Enter up to 10 Assignment Types. Employees that have eligible assignments with matching types will be considered for reporting. If no assignment types are entered, all assignments will be considered for reporting.
Continuing/Temporary Or Both

Enter 'C' to consider only the assignments that are continuing.

Enter 'T' to consider only the assignments that are temporary.

Enter 'B' to consider both continuing and temporary assignments.

Note: On the Assignment Type Code, field: Continuing (Y/N) this determines whether an assignment (contract) is continuing or temporary. If set to 'Y', the assignment is continuing, if 'N', the assignment is temporary.
