Assignment/Function Line Comparison Report
The Assignment/Function Line Comparison Report allows you to select a variety of criteria such as specific employees and employee categories to compare salary grid codes, pay types, pay rates, start dates, and many other options.
The purpose of this report is to compare the Payroll Function Line information with the HR Assignment Salary screen information to make note of any discrepancies.
Employee Selection
A = All Employees
S = Selected Employees
Employee
Enter the employee number(s) in this field if 'S' is selected in previous field.
Employee Category
Enter employee categories if necessary. This field is optional.
Substitutes/Casuals/Neither/Both
S = Include Eligible Substitutes
C = Include Eligible Casuals
N = Include Neither Eligible Subs or Casuals
B - Include Both Eligible Subs and Casuals
Payroll ID
Enter the 4 character code identifying the payroll you wish to display in this report. Search to open a window displaying all valid payroll ID's.
Termination Codes To Exclude
Enter termination codes to exclude from the report.
Include Employees Without Assignments
Enter 'Y' to include employees without assignments.
Enter 'N' to exclude employees without assignments.
Include Employees With Differences
Enter 'Y' to include employees with differences.
Enter 'N' to exclude employees with differences.
Enter 'O' to only display employees with identical FLs.
Try Other Payrolls If No Actual Function Lines
Enter 'Y' to try other payrolls if no actual function lines exist within the payroll ID selected.
Enter 'N' to not try other payrolls if no actual function lines exist within the payroll ID selected.
Don't Compare If On Leave In Payroll
Y = Yes, don't compare on leave employees.
N = No, do compare on leave employees.
B = Blank out OPS function lines if on leave.
Assignment ASOF Date
Enter a valid date in YYYYMMDD format. Only employees with assignments that are current as of this date will be considered for reporting.
Compare Salary Grid Code
Enter 'Y' to compare salary grid codes.
Enter 'N' to not compare salary grid codes.
Compare Percentage Employed
Enter 'Y' to compare percentage employed.
Enter 'N' to not compare percentage employed.
Compare Cycle Code
Enter 'Y' to compare cycle codes.
Enter 'N' to not compare cycle codes.
Compare Pay Type Code
Enter 'Y' to compare pay type codes.
Enter 'N' to not compare pay type codes.
