The Assigned Name, Address, And Location Report provides a listing of employees with their current address/phone number, assignment location, status, and employee category. This report can be very useful when trying to obtain listing of all employees that are assigned to specific positions.
Assignment As Of Date

Enter the AS OF date. The system will use this date to read the assignment file and select all assignments current as of this date.
Disp Unlisted Phone

Enter 'N' or <CR> if unlisted phone numbers are not to display on the report. If the report finds an employee's phone number marked as unlisted, the word 'UNLISTED' will appear under the phone number field for that employee.

Enter 'Y' if the unlisted phone numbers are to be displayed on the report.
