The Continuing Hire Assignment Report lists employee assignments within the specified date range for employees who have continuing hire date also within the same date range. The report will display employee name and number, contract FTE/hours, continuing hire date, location, location FTE/hours and employee's status.
Status Codes To Exclude

Enter up to 10 employee Status codes. Employees with matching status codes will be excluded from the report. If no status codes are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.
Employee Category

Enter up to 10 Employee Categories. Employees with matching Category codes will be considered for reporting. If no categories are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.
Assignment Type

Enter up to 10 Assignment Types. Employees that have eligible assignments with matching types will be considered for reporting. If no assignment types are entered, all assignments will be considered for reporting.
Assigned Location Type

Enter up to 10 Location Types. Employees that have eligible assignments at locations with matching location types will be considered for reporting. If no location types are entered, all assignments will be considered for reporting.

Continuing Hire/Assignment Start Date

Enter the from and to dates for employees' Continuing Hire and employees' Assignment Start Date in (YY)YYMMDD format. Only the employees with Continuing Hire Date within and including specified dates will be considered for reporting. Also, all employee assignments that start within and including specified dates will be considered for reporting.
