The General Assignment Report lists either current or historical assignments and provides more detailed information than the Assignment Report. Some detail information includes subjects, subject levels and comment fields.
As Of Date

Enter a valid AS OF date in (YY)YYMMDD format. The system will read the assignment file and use this date to select all assignments current as of this date. Note: Entering a date in this field implies a report on current assignments as of this date. The next 2 prompts for start and end date will be bypassed.
Start Date

Enter valid start and end dates in (YY)YYMMDD format for the range of assignment start dates. All assignments with start date within and including the above dates will be considered for reporting.
End Date

Enter valid start and end dates in (YY)YYMMDD format for the range of assignment end dates. All assignments with end date within and including the above dates will be considered for reporting. By selecting the start and end dates, this report can include current and historical assignments.
Last Transfer

Enter valid start and end dates in (YY)YYMMDD format for the last transfer date range. Employees with last transfer date (on their demographics screen) within and including above dates will be considered for reporting.
Cont Hire

Enter valid start and end dates in (YY)YYMMDD format for the continuing hire date range. Employees with continuing hire date (on their demographics screen) within and including above dates will be considered for reporting.
Assigned Hrs/FTE

Enter the range of assigned hours or FTE to report on. Employees with total number of assigned hours or FTE (from eligible assignments) within the above specified range will be considered for reporting.
Units/Hours/FTE

Enter 'U' to display the FTE/hours amounts in the units they were entered in.

Enter 'F' if you want the system to convert the units entered into FTE.

Enter 'H' if you want the system to convert the units entered into hours.
Employee Categories

Enter up to 10 Employee Categories. Employees with matching Category codes will be considered for reporting. If no categories are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.
Demo Bargaining Units

Enter up to 10 Employee Bargaining Units. Employees with matching Bargaining Units will be considered for reporting. If no bargaining units are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.
Demo Departments

Enter up to 10 Employee Departments. Employees with matching Departments will be considered for reporting. If no departments are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.
Demographic Locations

Enter up to 10 Location Codes. Employees that have matching Demographic Locations will be considered for reporting. If no locations are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.
Demographic Positions

Enter up to 10 Position Codes. Employees that have matching Demographic Positions will be considered for reporting. If no positions are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.
Assigned Positions

Enter up to 10 Positions. Employees that have eligible assignments with matching Positions will be considered for reporting. If no positions are entered, all assignments will be considered for reporting.
Assignment Types

Assigned Loc Types
