The Employee Experience Report will calculate employees experience (years of service) and display it along with all the employee's assignments. In addition to calculating the in-district experience from the employee's assignments, it also includes the out of district experience from the employee experience screen from the Years Experience Elsewhere field. This program assumes it is reporting on teachers so no time will accumulated for July and August. This program also refers to field Assignment Type Codes To Include On Experience Report on page 2 of the User Specific Parameters Profile. Only assignments of the type specified in that profile will be included in the accumulation of experience. The FTE will be also factored into the calculation (unless specified otherwise). If an employee works for a whole year at half time, only half a year will be accumulated. Information reported includes: employee name and number, assigned position, assignment type, start and end dates, location, FTE and experience.

Enter the range of experience to include. Only employee with experience between and including the range specified will be included.
