Warehouse - Stock File Year End Processing
The Stock File Year End Processing program performs all of the year end activity related to the stock file. The program will read all stock items in the year specified and check if they exist in the next year. If a stock item does not exist in the next year, the program will create a record in the next year and initialize its activity fields to zero. The closing balance of the year specified will then be assigned to the opening balance for the next year. The outstanding orders and requisitions for the next year will automatically be rebuilt. The year end process can be re run completely for all years.

Enter the year you wish to perform the year end. The current year in the WIS Master Profile will display as the default.
Enter to exit the program.
This prompt only appears if the master profile is set to the year you are closing.
Update Warehouse Statistics [Y /N]
Enter 'Y' to carry the SSL, ROP, MAX and EOQ values forward to the next year. If you have already run a year end and modified these values in the new year, you may not want to carry the values forward as your changes will be overwritten.
Enter 'N' if you do not wish the values carried forward.
