Warehouse - Stock File Changes

The Stock File Changes function provides the same facilities as provided in the Stock File Additions program, operating on stock items already added to the system through additions. The fields you change are governed by the same rules as those in Stock File Additions. Please refer to the Stock File Additions documentation for the detailed requirements of each field.

Stock#

• Enter a valid stock number that exists in the stock file. You will proceed to the Stock File Menu (see Stock File Additions). Use lookup to locate a stock item using words contained in its description. Press Select to locate a stock number by Commodity Code, Vendor#, Manufacturer, Buyer or Inventory Code.

• Entry of a blank stock item will exit the program.
