Warehouse - Stock File Statistics Rebuild

The Stock File Statistics Rebuild should be run whenever you experience a system or program failure during entry to a stock number. If you believe that your orders or requisitions status fields are incorrect you should run this program to rebuild these fields. You will be prompted to enter the year that you wish to rebuild.

Note: it is Important that this option is only run when there are no users on the system.

Data entry being done while the rebuild is taking place (ex. receipts, issues, adjustments, orders or requisitions) will not be accurately represented in the recalculated statistics. As well, the check to ensure that adjustments do not create a negative balance is no longer possible and it is possible to create a negative balance for a stock item.
