User Defined Absence Report

The User Defined Absence Report runs the user defined report of your choice.

Absence Report

  • Enter the code of the absence report to run. Search to view all reports.

Detail Date

  • Enter the start and end absence detail dates (YYMMDD or YYYYMMDD) to include. This will select any absence taking place within and including the dates specified. To report on absences for just one day, specify the same date in the from/to fields. Enter to accept default detail date ranges which will select all absences.

Start Date

  • Enter the start and end date range of the absence start dates (YYMMDD or YYYYMMDD) to include. This will select any absences with a start date on or within the ranges entered. Enter to accept the default start ranges and select all absences.

End Date

  • Enter the start and end date range (YYMMDD or YYYYMMDD) of the absence end dates to be included. This will select any absences with an end date on or within the ranges entered. To report only open ended absences, leave the from and to ranges blank. Enter to accept the default end ranges which will select all absences.

Timestamp

  • Enter the start and end date and time ranges to select absence records based on timestamp. Enter the timestamp in the format (YYYYMMDDHHMMSS). YYYY=YEAR MM=MONTH DD=DAY HH=HOUR MM=MINUTE SS=SECOND. Each time an absence is added to the system, a timestamp is created to indicate the date and time it was added.

Demo Department  Number(S)

  • Enter up to 10 valid department codes. Only employees with any of the specified departments on their demographics screen will display. Searching displays all available department codes. Leave blank and Enter to include all employee demographic departments.

Include All Emps

  • Enter 'Y' to include all employees even if they did not have the specified absences or 'N' to include only those employees that were absent.

Double Space Report

  • Enter 'Y' to double space the report, 'N' to single space.

Units/FTE/Hours

  • Enter 'U' to display the FTE/hours amounts in the units they were entered in.

  • Enter 'F' if you want the system to convert the units entered into FTE.

  • Enter 'H' to convert the units entered into hours.

Report Sort

  • Enter the appropriate letter to determine the report sort order.
