The Absence Report (Voice Fax) is the report that is automatically sent to the schools each morning by the Automated Dispatching System. It lists the absent employee(s), absent reason, absence start and end times, absence ID, replacement employee and replacement start and end times for that day. The report is broken into four sections: unfilled absences, filled absences, absences not requiring a dispatch and dispatches without an absence.
