Outstanding Replacement Request Report

The Outstanding Replacement Request Report provides a listing of all absences that have been marked as requiring a replacement and do not have one.

As Of Date

  • Enter a valid date in (YY)YYMMDD format. Only the absences for the specified date   that require a replacement, but do not have one will be considered for reporting.

Employee Categories

  • Enter up to 10 Employee Categories. Employees matching the entered categories will be considered for reporting. If no categories are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.

Absence Location Types

  • To select absences by Location Types, enter up to 10 Location Types. Leave blank and press Enter to continue. If no Location Types are entered, absences will be selected regardless of location type.

Absence Locations

  • To select Absences by Location, enter up to 10 locations. Leave blank and press Enter to continue. If no locations are entered, absences will be selected regardless of location.

Absence Codes

  • To select Absences by Absence Codes, enter up to 10 Absence Codes. Leave blank and press Enter to continue. If no Absence Codes are entered, absences will be selected regardless of absence code.

Pay Id

  • Enter a valid payroll ID code.  Only employees for the specified payroll will be considered for reporting. Leave blank and press Enter to consider all employees regardless of pay ID.

Report Sort 

  • Enter the appropriate letter to determine the report sort order.

Employee Sort

  • Enter A to sort employees alphabetically by Name.

  • Enter N to sort employees numerically by Employee Number.

Report/Merge

  • See standard convention to prepare the report or export data fields for this report in a text file.

Unit/FTE/Hrs

  • Enter 'U' to report the FTE/hours amounts in the units they were entered in.

  • Enter 'F' if you want the system to convert the units entered into FTE.

  • Enter 'H' if you want the system to convert the units entered into hours.

Include Absences With Reps

  • Enter 'Y' to include absences even if a replacement employee is attached (Absence is filled).

  • Enter 'N' to report only those absences that are not yet filled.

Employee Selection

  •  Enter A to consider all employees for selection.

  •  Enter S to enter selected employees individually.
