The Absence/Dispatch Calendar Report displays employee's absences, dispatches, work schedule, statutory holidays, unavailability and refusals in a monthly calendar format. Employee status is displayed for each day of the month during the specified period. It is useful to quickly check of the status of an employee for specific period. Employee selection is available by Employee Status and Category. You can choose to include/exclude a particular availability status for the report.
Date Range

Enter a date range to report on for the report. Enter the date as (YY)YYMMDD.
Employee Selection

Enter A to consider all employees for selection.

Enter S to enter selected employees individually. If you choose to enter employees individually, the rest of employee selection criteria are bypassed.
Status Codes To Exclude

Enter up to 10 Employee statuses to exclude. For example, to exclude Terminated, Deceased and Laid-Off employees, enter TDO and press <Enter>. To include all employees, leave blank and press <Enter>.
Employee Categories

Enter up to 10 Employee Categories. Employees matching the entered categories will be considered for reporting. If no categories are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.
Include Eligible Substitutes

Enter 'Y' to include all eligible substitutes during the above specified time period.

Enter 'N' to exclude all substitutes during the above specified time period.
Include Eligible Casuals

Enter 'Y' to include all eligible casuals during the above specified time period.

Enter 'N' to exclude all casuals during the above specified time period.
Include Absences

Enter 'Y' if you wish to indicate if the employee was absent anytime during the specified time period.

Enter 'N' if you wish to ignore the reporting of absences during the specified time period.
Include Dispatches

Enter 'Y' if you wish to indicate if the employee was dispatched anytime during the specified time period.

Enter 'N' if you wish to ignore the reporting of dispatches during the specified time period.
Include Unavailability

Enter 'Y' if you wish to indicate if the employee was unavailable anytime during the specified time period.

Enter 'N' if you wish to ignore the reporting of employee's unavailability during the specified time period.
Include Refusals

Enter 'Y' if you wish to indicate if the employee had refused dispatch anytime during the specified time period.

Include Scheduled Work Days
