The Employee Location Cross Reference Menu gives you access to the modules that maintain the employee/location file used in EAM (Educator Attendance Module). This file lets you record where each employee works. By entering more than one record for an employee you can specify that they work at more than one location. Only employees at the locations specified in this file appear when you search on the absent employee prompt in the absence/dispatch screen.
Additionally, you can specify a simple schedule for part time employees. This schedule is comprised of the day of the week the employee works. This schedule information is then used during the Replacement Employee Costing Module to count the number consecutive days an employee has been replacing an absent employee. This day count is often crucial in determining how much the replacement employee should be paid.
