E.g.: A credit note was issued for <$428.00> but should have been <$535.00>.

The amount field must be entered as a negative in order to increase the amount of the credit note. The original credit note reference number must be entered in field 03-Reference

How To Adjust A Credit Note (Decrease Value)

E.g.: The same credit note for <428.00> should have been <321.00>.

The amount field must be entered as positive to decrease the value of the credit note.
