The Staff Name & FTE Report provides a listing of employees with their assignment position, location, assigned FTE/hours and subjects that they teach.
Status Codes To Exclude
Enter up to 10 employee Status codes. Employees with matching status codes will be excluded from the report. If no status codes are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.
Employee Category
Enter up to 10 Employee Categories. Employees with matching Category codes will be considered for reporting. If no categories are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.
Demographic Department
Enter up to 10 Employee Departments. Employees with matching Departments will be considered for reporting. If no departments are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.
Demographic Position
Enter up to 10 Employee Positions. Employees with matching Positions will be considered for reporting. If no positions are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.
Demographic Location
Enter up to 10 Employee Locations. Employees with matching Location codes will be considered for reporting. If no locations are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.
Demographic Bargaining Unit
Enter up to 10 Employee Bargaining Units. Employees with matching Bargaining Units will be considered for reporting. If no bargaining units are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.
Employee Preferred Subject
Enter up to 10 Subject Codes. Employees with at least one matching Preferred Subject will be considered for reporting. If no subjects are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.
Assignment As Of Date
Enter the assignment AS OF date. This date is used to read the assignment file and select employees with assignments created since and including this date.
Employee Selection
Enter A to consider all employees for selection.
Enter S to enter selected employees individually.
Report Sort
Enter 'E' to sort this report in employee name order.
Enter 'L' to sort this report in location number order.
