The Staff Address Directory provides a listing of employees, with their name, address, position and phone numbers. A range of employee selection criteria allow you to make the report as general or specific as you wish.
Status codes to exclude
Enter up to 10 employee Status codes. Employees with matching status codes will be excluded from the report. If no status codes are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.
Employee category
Enter up to 10 Employee Categories. Employees with matching Category codes will be considered for reporting. If no categories are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.
Demographic Position
Enter up to 10 Employee Positions. Employees with matching Positions will be considered for reporting. If no positions are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.
Demographic Location
Enter up to 10 Employee Locations. Employees with matching Location codes will be considered for reporting. If no locations are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.
Demographic Bargaining Unit
Enter up to 10 Employee Bargaining Units. Employees with matching Bargaining Units will be considered for reporting. If no bargaining units are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.
Employee Selection
Enter A to consider all employees for selection.
Enter S to enter selected employees individually.
Report Rort
Enter 'L' to sort the report in location order.
Enter 'N' to sort the report in employee name order.
