Critical Dates Menu

The Critical Dates Menu gives you access to the screens that maintain critical date information, as well as the reports and processes that manage this information. The standard maintenance modules (Additions, Changes, Inquire and Deletions), a report and update process are found from this menu. 

To use the Critical Date sub system you must create the database items listed below.

Information maintained in the Critical Date Reason Database includes a next date for items that reoccur as well as the last date. A process has been included to create new critical date records for those employees who have an entry in the next date field. You can report on employee ranges, date ranges, reason codes, or combinations. A typical use would be yearly medical, certificate renewals, or upgrade dates.
