Employees Assigned to Multiple Locations Report

The Employees Assigned To Multiple Locations Report lists employees with assignments at multiple locations. This report lets you prompt for the number of locations to report on. All employees working for at least the specified number of locations will be listed. The employee name, number, travel allowance flag and location codes will be displayed on this report. 

As Of Date

Enter the ASOF date. The system uses this date to read the assignment file and select all employees with assignments created since and including this date.

Employee Categories

Enter up to 10 Employee Categories. Employees matching the entered Categories will be considered for  reporting. If no Categories are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.

Assignment Types

Enter up to 10 Assignment Types. Eligible assignments matching the entered Types will be considered for reporting. If no Assignment Types are entered, all eligible assignments will be considered for reporting.

Assigned Location Types

Enter up to 10 Location Types. Eligible Assignments at locations matching  the entered Location Types will be considered for reporting. If no Location Types are entered, all eligible assignments will be considered for reporting.

Assigned Locations

Enter up to 10 Locations. Employees with eligible assignments at locations matching the entered Locations will be considered for reporting. If no Locations are entered, all eligible assignments will be considered for reporting.

Assigned Positions

Enter up to 10 Positions. Eligible Assignments with positions matching the entered Positions will be considered for reporting. If no Positions are entered, all eligible assignments will be considered for reporting.

Assigned Department Number

Enter up to 10 assigned departments to include. Only employees with eligible assignments for these departments will be considered for reporting.  If no departments are entered, all eligible assignments will be considered for reporting.

Number of Locations

Enter the number of locations an employee must work at to be included. (i.e. If you enter 2, only employees working at two or more locations will be reported.)

Employee Sort

Enter A to sort employees alphabetically by Name.

Enter N to sort employees numerically by Employee Number.

Employee Selection

Enter A to consider all employees for selection.

Enter S to enter selected employees individually.
