Employee Hiring Dates and FTE

The Employee Hiring Dates and FTE provides a listing of employees hired within the date range specified. This report will display their age, birth date, district start date, continuing hire date, substitute/casual hire date, years of experience in the district, assigned FTE, contractual FTE and demographic location. 

Birth Date 

Enter the starting and ending birth dates to select employees to report on. Only employees with birth dates between these dates will be reported.

District Start Date

Enter the starting and ending hire dates to select employees to report on. Only employees that were hired within this date range will be reported.

Continuing Hire Date

Enter the starting and ending continuing hire dates to select employees to report on. Only employees that were hired within this date range will be reported.

Sub/Cas Hire Date

Enter the starting and ending substitute/casual hire dates to report on. Only employees that were hired as a substitute or casual within this date range will be reported.

Posting Number

Enter a posting number. This will report any assignments attached with this posting number.
If no posting numbers are entered, all assignments will be reported, regardless of posting number.

Employee Categories

Enter up to 10 Employee Categories. Employees matching the entered Categories will be considered for reporting. If no Categories are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.

Demographic Positions

Enter up to 10 Employee Positions. Employees matching the entered positions will be considered for  reporting. If no Positions are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.

Demographic Locations

Enter up to 10 Employee locations. Employees matching the entered locations will be considered for  reporting. If no locations are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.

FTE Value to Report

Enter the FTE/hour value to report on. Only employees with contractual FTE/Hours matching this value will be reported.

Assignment As Of Date

Enter the ASOF assignment date. The system will use this date to read the assignment file and select all employees with assignments created since and including this date for reporting.

Enter 'E' to sort this report in Employee name order.

Enter 'B' to sort this report in Birth Date/Employee name order.

Enter 'L' to sort this report in Location/Employee name order.

Employee Sort

Enter 'A' to sort this report in Employee name order.

Enter 'N' to sort this report in Employee number order.

Employee Selection

Enter 'A' to consider all employees for reporting.

Enter 'S' to enter selected employees individually for reporting.
