Employee FTE Demographics Report

Employee Category

Enter up to 10 Employee Categories. Employees matching the entered Categories will be considered for reporting. If no Categories are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.

Demographic Position

Enter up to 10 Employee Positions. Employees matching the entered positions will be considered for reporting. If no Positions are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.

Demographic Bargaining Unit

Enter up to 10 Employee bargaining units. Employees matching the entered bargaining units will be considered for reporting. If no bargaining units are entered, all employees will be considered for Reporting

Demographic Location

Enter up to 10 Employee locations. Employees matching the entered locations will be considered for reporting. If no locations are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.

Demographic Department

Enter up to 10 Department Codes. Employees belonging to matching Departments will be considered for reporting. If no Department Codes are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.

Include Eligible Subs

Enter 'Y' to include employees that are eligible to work as Substitutes.

Enter 'N' to exclude all substitute employees.

Include ELIGIBLE Casuals

Enter 'Y' to include employees that are eligible to work as Casuals.

Enter 'N' to exclude all casual employees.

Birth Date

Enter a date range for the birth dates of employees to include.

District Start Date

Enter a date range for the  employees' starting employment date with the district.

Employees whose employment start date with the district falls within and including the above date range will be considered for reporting.

Continuing Hire Date

Enter a date range for the employees' starting continuing hire date with the district.

Employees whose continuing hire date with the district falls within and including the above date range will be considered for reporting

Sub/Cas Hire Date

Enter a date range for the employees' starting substitute/casual hire date with the district.

Sub/Cas Hire Date

Enter employees' ending substitute/casual hire date with the district.

Employees whose substitute/casual hire date with the district falls within and including the above date range will be considered for reporting.

Employee Selection

Enter 'A' to consider all employees for reporting.

Enter 'S' to enter selected employees individually for reporting.

Assignment As Of Date

Enter the assignment ASOF date. The system uses this date to read the assignment file and select employees with assignments created since and including this date.

Status Codes to Exclude

Enter up to 10 employee status codes. Employees with matching status codes will be excluded from the report. If no status odes are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.

Report Sort

Enter 'E'  to sort this report in employee name order.

Enter 'L' to sort this report in location order.
