User Access to Purchasing Card

To grant user access to the new purchasing card module you will need to setup roles and permissions to assign to your users. Purchasing Card uses Role Based Security (not Security Builder) to control user access. Note that this document does not describe Role Based Security in detail, for more information refer to the Role Based Security User Guide.
