The Successful Applicant Report screen defines the settings for reports on successful applicants for specific postings or a range of postings. The report may be run for specific employees, posting types, position categories, positions, locations, and rounds of postings. There are also six report sort options and three report formats and the option to specify a custom title of the printed report.
Posting Segment 1
Enter a posting segment 1 code. Search displays valid category codes. Leave this field blank to ignore this prompt.
Posting Segment 2
Enter a posting segment 2 code. Search displays valid codes Leave this field blank to ignore this prompt.
Posting Number
Enter a range of posting numbers on which to report. The default for the 'TO' field is the maximum character value of 'ZZZZZZZZZZ'.
Posting Date
Enter the date range ((YY)YYMMDD) you want this report to use to check the Posting Date field.
Closing Date
Enter the date range (YY)YYMMDD) you want this report to use to check the Closing Date field.
Posting Start Date
Enter the date range (YY)YYMMDD) you want this report to use to check the Posting Start Date field.
Posting End Date
Enter the date range (YY)YYMMDD) you want this report to use to check the Posting End Date field.
Posting Number
Enter a selection of up to 10 posting numbers to report. <CR> to accept the defaults of all posting numbers.
Posting Type
Enter up to 10 posting type codes to report. Only postings with this type code will be reported. <CR> to select all posting type codes.
Position Categories
Enter up to 10 position categories codes. Only postings for the specified position categories will display on this report. Search displays all available categories. <CR> to include postings for all position categories.
Position Codes
Enter up to 10 position codes. Only postings for these position codes will display. Search displays all available position codes. <CR> to include all postings for all position codes.
Locations
Enter up to 10 locations to be included. Only postings for the specified location(s) will display. Search displays all available location codes. <CR> to include postings for all locations.
Rounds
You can specify up to 10 posting rounds here. Only rounds with the code(s) specified will be included in the report. Leave this field blank and <CR> to continue. Not specifying any rounds is the equivalent of asking for all rounds within the specified posting range.
Filled
Enter 'Y' to include Filled postings only
Enter 'N' to include Unfilled postings only
Enter 'C' to include Cancelled postings only
Enter 'B' to include Both Filled and Unfilled postings
Enter 'A' to include All postings

Report Sort
Enter '1' to sort by Posting, Acceptance Date, and Successful Applicant
Enter '2' to sort by Successful Applicant, and Posting
Enter '3' to sort by Location, Posting, Acceptance Date, and Applicant
Enter '4' to sort by Location, Posting, Acceptance Date, and Applicant, with a page break after each location
Enter '5' to sort by Position, Posting, Acceptance Date, and Applicant
Enter '6' to sort by Position, Posting, Acceptance Date, and Applicant, with a page break after each Position
Report Format
Report Format '1' is the Standard format. If the report sort selection (above) is '2' (Sort by Successful Applicant, and Posting), the report will be displayed in the order, Successful applicant, Posting Number, Status (i.e. Filled, Unfilled, or Cancelled), Acceptance Date, Posting Type, Position, Location, Hours/FTE.
Otherwise, the Standard format is, Posting Number, Status, Successful Applicant, Acceptance Date, Posting Type, Position, Location, Hours/FTE.
Report format '2' is the Seniority Date Format including, Posting Number, Status, Successful Applicant, Seniority Date, Former Work Location.
Report format '3' is the Seniority Date with Senior Applicant format including, Posting Number, Status, Successful Applicant, Seniority Date, Former Work Location, and Senior Applicant.
Employee Selection
Include Postings Without A Successful Applicant
Enter 'Y' to only include postings even if they don't have any successful applicants. Enter 'N' to display only those postings that have successful applicants.
