The Application Report provides a listing of all applications that meet the selection criteria entered. The selection criteria allow you to select applications for a specific position, posting, date range, etc. The report can be sorted in employee, posting, ranking, or seniority order.

Seniority Code
Enter up to 10 seniority codes to report. The seniority amount reported will be a total of the seniority codes selected. If you do not select any seniority codes, all employee seniority will be reported.
Demo Locations
Posting Positions
Enter up to 10 position codes. Only applications for these posted position codes will display. Search displays available position codes. <CR> to include all applications for the posted positions.
Application Reason Code
Enter up to 10 application reason codes to report. Only applications with these application reason codes will be reported. <CR> to report all applications.
Pref Location Types
Enter up to 10 location type codes to report on. Only applicants with these location types on their preference screen will be selected. Leave blank and <CR> to continue. If no location types were entered, applications will be selected regardless of location type.
Posting Number
Enter the range of posting numbers to report. Only applications for the posting numbers entered are reported. <CR> to accept the default of all posting numbers.
Application Date
Enter the start and end application dates (YYYYMMDD or YYMMDD). This will report on applications that have application dates on or within the dates specified. <CR> to accept the defaults to select all applications, regardless of application date.
Availability Date
Enter the start and end availability dates (YYYYMMDD or YYMMDD) from the employee's applications. This will report applications that have availability dates on/within the dates specified. <CR> to accept the defaults to select all applications, regardless of availability date.
Reference Date Check
Enter the start and end dates (YYYYMMDD or YYMMDD) the applicants' references were checked. This will report applications with reference date checks on or within the dates specified. <CR> to accept the defaults to select all applications, regardless of application date.
Interview Date
Enter the start and end date (YYYYMMDD or YYMMDD) the applicant was interviewed. This will report on applications that have reference date checks on or within the dates specified. <CR> to accept the defaults to select all applications, regardless of application date.
Acceptance Date
Enter the start and end acceptance dates (YYYYMMDD or YYMMDD) to report. Only applications with acceptance dates on or within the dates specified will be reported. <CR> to accept the defaults to select all applications, regardless of acceptance date.
Application Ranking
Enter the start and end ranking codes to report. Only applications with these rank codes will be reported. <CR> to report all applications, regardless of ranking.
Subjects Levels
Enter up to 5 subject and 5 subject levels to report on. Only employees with these subject codes and subject levels in their preference file will be reported. Note: If a subject and subject level is entered, the employee must match both to be reported. <CR> if subjects and levels are not to be specified.
Documents Present
Enter 'Y' to report on applications where the applicable documents were present.
Enter 'N to report applications where the applicable documents were not present.
Enter 'A' or <CR> to report on all application, regardless if documents were present.
Local Applicant
Enter 'Y' to report on applications from local applicants.
Enter 'N' to report on applications that are not from local applicants.
Enter 'A' or <CR> to report on all applications.

Application Report
The AP column represents the employee who was successful on the posting(s) reported. The successful employee will have an '*' under this column.
The RK column represents the ranking of the employee application (Application File).
The SE column represents whether the employee has sub experience (Experience File).
The LO column represents whether the employee is a local applicant (Application File).
The DO column represents whether the employee's appropriate documents were present with their application (Application File).
The LG column represents whether the employee has had a legal check (Hire File).
The ME column represents whether the employee has had a medical exam (Hire File).
