On Call Employee Summary Transaction Report

The On Call Employee Summary Transaction Report gives you the information to quickly analyze the activity each replacement employee is getting from Automated Dispatch. This report summarizes the following: number of times system has called an employee re work, number of acceptances, refusals, no answers, dispatch cancellations, dispatch closes, absence cancellations, absence closes and average acceptance time. This report can be sorted in every conceivable way to offer you ultimate managing power.

Call Out Group

  • Enter the group (employee category) of call out employees to report.

Call Out Subgroup

  • Enter a one character sub-group of call out employees to report.

Subject

  • Enter up to 10 subjects to be used in the selection process. Only Absences that have matching subject codes with one of the entered subject codes will be selected for reporting. If no subjects are entered, all absences will be considered for reporting.

Only Include Selected Subject Transactions

If you have selected a subject above then this field will open up and prompt for a Y or N.

  • Enter 'Y' to include only the transactions from selected subjects.

  • Enter 'N' to include all transactions regardless of subjects.

Date Range

  • Enter the date range ((YY)YYMMDD) of absences to report.

Calls Received

  • Enter a range for number of calls that an employee has received to select an employee for reporting.

Acceptances

  • Enter a range for number of times an employee has accepted dispatches to select an employee for reporting.

Refusals

  • Enter a range for number of times an employee has refused dispatches to select an employee for reporting. To select employees based on the number of times they refused a dispatch enter a refusal range.

No Answers

  • Enter a range for number of times the system got no answer from an employee to select an employee for reporting.

Dispatch Cancels

  • To select employees based on the number of dispatch cancellations they have had, enter a range here.

Dispatch Closes

  • Enter a range for number of times an employee has 'dispatch closes' to select an employee for reporting.

Absence Cancels

  • Enter a range for number of times an employee has cancelled entered absences to select an employee for reporting.

Absence Closes

  • Enter a range for number of times an employee has 'absence closes' to select an employee for reporting.

Acceptance Percentage

  • Enter a range (0-100) for percentage acceptance of dispatches to select employees for reporting.

Refusal Percentage

  • Enter a range (0-100) for percentage refusal of dispatches to select employees for reporting.

No Answer Percentage

  • Enter a range (0-100) for percentage 'no answer' of dispatches to select employees for reporting.

Dispatch Cancel percentage

  • Enter a range (0-100) for percentage 'dispatch cancellation' of dispatches to select employees for reporting.

Dispatch Close percentage

  • Enter a range (0-100) for percentage 'dispatch closes' of dispatches to select employees for reporting.

Accept/RefuseTime in Minutes

  • Enter a range (in minutes) for an employee to accept/refuse a dispatch on an average. Employees whose average time to accept/refuse dispatches is within the specified time period will be selected for reporting.
